Sant Agustí des Vedrà · Ibiza · Spain
A secluded private estate in the unspoilt hills of southwest Ibiza — five suites, a private pool, organic garden, and the silence you came here to find.
The Philosophy
Villa Jaia sits in one of the last truly quiet corners of Ibiza — the rural hills of Sant Agustí des Vedrà, far from the noise, and close to everything that makes this island extraordinary. Solar-powered, spring-fed, and rooted in the land, it is a place that asks nothing of you except to slow down.
The Pool
The centrepiece of Villa Jaia is a generous private pool set within a fully fenced garden shaded by palm trees. Sun-warmed, secluded, and completely private — with grass beneath the palms where children run and adults finally exhale.
Sunbeds, shade, and the scent of Ibizan summer. Nothing more is needed.
The Suites
The main house offers four generously proportioned suites — warm, natural, considered. Twenty metres away, a private annex provides its own world: a large, independent space perfect for guests who want proximity without compromise.
Five suites in total. Sleeps ten. Space for everyone, privacy for all.
The Land
Villa Jaia generates its own solar energy, draws from its own water well, and grows its own produce. A vegetable garden tends to itself through the seasons; chickens wander the grounds. Guests are invited to pick what they need for the table.
This is not a feature. It is a way of living.

The Region
Villa Jaia sits in the heart of southwest Ibiza — the island's most beautiful, least crowded corner. Here are the places worth your time.
The great mystery of Ibiza — a dramatic 382-metre limestone rock that rises from the sea in complete silence. The viewpoint above Cala d'Hort is one of the finest sunset spots in the Mediterranean. Go without a plan. Stay as long as you can.
15 minThe finest family beach in western Ibiza — a wide, shallow turquoise bay with calm clear water and a handful of excellent beach restaurants. El Carmen for fresh fish, Sa Capella for evenings. Easy, beautiful, and never overrun.
10 minThe village at the heart of the rural south — whitewashed church, good tapas bars, local market on Saturdays. El Ayoun for Moroccan food in a garden, Bar Costa for the most local aperitivo on the island. The real Ibiza in miniature.
10 minThe ancient walled citadel of Ibiza — a UNESCO World Heritage site that has seen Phoenicians, Moors, and Catalans come and go. The ramparts at dusk, the cathedral square, and the labyrinth of the old city at night are unforgettable.
20 minAncient salt flats turned nature reserve and legendary beach — one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Spain. The flamingos in the flats, the clarity of the water, and the unhurried atmosphere make it the essential Ibiza afternoon.
25 minTwenty minutes by ferry from La Savina and you are in another world entirely — the Caribbean of the Mediterranean. Rent a bicycle, follow the flat roads to Ses Illetes beach, and spend a full day doing nothing in particular. Worth every minute.
